With over 10+ years of real estate expertise, providing services to my clients all over the globe to help negotiate a perfect deal down here in Florida. I have lived in Miami (Brickell Area) for over 15 years, I originally lived in Ecuador prior to the US. My main area of concentration is Brickell, yet I manage my own property management company with a diverse portfolio of properties all over Miami. Thanks to this intense exposure to the short term vacation rental niche of the market, it gave me integral exposure as realtor and host since 2012, allowing me to manage more than 100 units in this type of business.
My clientele is diverse but many come from Latin America all the way up to Canada. Being a bilingual speaker with a background education in Ecuador and a Business and Economics degree in Boston, I do believe this made me a well seasoned realtor, with a good sense of what each buyer or seller is looking for.
